History
Since 2007, as owner and operator, Xior has been building high-quality, reliable student housing. These activities were brought together as part of an IPO on 11 December 2015 in the company Xior Student Housing NV (a public REIT or GVV under Belgian Law).
Below we provide an overview of the most important changes that have occurred within the Com-pany since the Company was founded:
- 10 March 2014: Company created
- 24 November 2015: Accreditation by the FSMA as a public REIT (GVV) under Belgian law
- 11 December 2015: Completion of the IPO and listing of the shares on Euronext Brussels
- 11th October 2016: Capital increase of approx. EUR 10.6 million due to the contribution in kind of all shares in the company Woonfront – Tramsingel B.V.
- 17th January 2017: Capital increase of approx. EUR 5.1 million due to the contribution in kind of a student building (under construction) in Brussels
- 22nd June 2017: Capital increase in cash amounting to approx. EUR 84.0 million
- 28 March 2018: Capital increase of approx. EUR 18.1 million due to the contribution in kind of land and existing structures of a real estate project in Enschede
- 12 June 2018: Capital increase in cash amounting to approx. EUR 134.0 million
- 12 December 2018: Capital increase of approx. EUR 30.0 million due to the contribution in kind of the shares in the company All-in Annadal B.V.
- 13 March 2019: Entry into the Spanish and Portuguese market
- 13 June 2019: Capital increase of approx. EUR 18.1 million due to the contribution in kind of all shares of the company Stratos KvK NV
- 29 October 2019: Capital increase in cash amounting to approx. EUR 205.7 million
- 18 June 2020: Capital increase of approx. EUR 7.5 million as a result of the indirect contribution in kind in the context of the acquisition of the shares of the company XL Fund
- 07 October 2020: Capital increase of approx. EUR 34.0 million due to the contribution in kind of all shares of the company Patrimmonia Couronne-Franck NV
- 25 November 2020: Capital increase in cash of approximately EUR 54.7 million within the authorised capital with cancellation of the statutory preferential subscription right of, and without granting an irreducible allocation right to, the existing shareholders by means of an exempted accelerated private placement (“Accelerated Bookbuild” or "ABB")
- 9 March 2021: Capital increase in cash amounting to approx. EUR 178.9 million
- 7 December 2021: Capital increase in cash of approximately EUR 116.2 million within the authorised capital with cancellation of the statutory preferential subscription right of, and without granting an irreducible allocation right to, the existing shareholders by means of an exempted accelerated private placement (“Accelerated Bookbuild” or "ABB")
